Mungo

Yesterday I started reading Mungo MacCallum's latest book, The Mad Marathon. This was an impulse buy, probably because I was feeling a bit inadequate as I hadn't bought anything during the Boxing Day sales.

I quite like Mungo. I always make the effort to read anything he posts onto the ABC's online editorial section, The Drum (which is named after the show). He's a Labor boy through and through, so that certainly appeals. Most of all though, he's entertaining.

So far, all signs are good. I'll let you know once it's done!
