This is the speech that I gave to accept the 2012 Richard Marles Geelong Young Leaders Award. The video quality is poor, though the audio is fine. It was a huge privilege to have been nominated and subsequently win this award. The funds that accompanied the title were used to purchase a laptop for University, which has been extremely useful to me and to my studies! (though perhaps not in Chemistry!)
